With a strong public infrastructure background, David has dealt with all manner of schemes from major infrastructure developments to minor works.

He has extensive experience in site assembly work and valuations for acquisitions and disposals.
 
David takes pride in the fact that the vast majority of his cases are settled through negotiation and strives to obtain the best value for his clients. Adept at analysing sometimes complex issues, he is a keen negotiator and knows the value of completing cases on time and at cost.

David has experience of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and sees it as useful tool in the right circumstances for resolving what could otherwise be a protracted and costly judicial process.
 
David also has Expert Witness experience at Lands Tribunal for those hopefully rare situations when needed
